The Adams County Economic Development Corporation is made up of a diverse board of directors who represent a variety of community organizations. Since incorporating in 1988, we’ve promoted economic development for the businesses and people of our community.

  • SITES & BUILDINGS – Assistance In Site Selection – Whether you need an existing building or an undeveloped site, let us help you find the perfect location. 
  • RLF LOAN PROGRAMS – Revolving Loan Fund Programs – With a low-interest rate and a loan total of up to $250,000, these funds can be used for operating capital, acquiring new land, expanding your building, or purchasing equipment.
  • INCENTIVES, TAX CREDITS & GRANTS – Government Liaison Services- With long-standing relationships at all levels of government, we have the partnerships and knowledge you need.
  • TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES – Supportive Training Opportunities – We work with local and regional agencies to create and fund training opportunities for the people of our community.
  • INCENTIVES, TAX CREDITS & GRANTS – Community Development Support – We often manage and facilitate a variety of community projects as well as serve in advisory roles.
