About Grow Piqua Now
In 2004, the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce, the Piqua Improvement Corporation, and the City of Piqua discussed the need to have the private and public sectors of the community work together in a collaborative process to enhance economic development in Piqua, Ohio. This culminated in the creation of Grow Piqua Now in 2006. The organization is funded through the generous support of the City of Piqua and the area’s leading businesses and civic-minded organizations and institutions.
Our work is accomplished through five standing committees: Long-Range Planning, Membership & Fundraising, Retention & Expansion, Marketing, and Workforce Development.
Grow Piqua Now exists to strengthen the community’s business environment by coordinating an array of resources with an effective regionally-integrated economic development program. Through a focused Plan of Work, and with the assistance of our State & Regional Partners, committed Board Members and Rapid Assistance Team, Grow Piqua Nowis creating economic development opportunities for Piqua area businesses and residents.
