Andrews has a 50-acre site developed and ready for improvements with all utilities already in place. With easy access to U.S. Highway 385 South, Mustang Drive (the bypass loop) and State Hwy 176, land is free to qualified businesses. Several build-to-suit programs are possible with lease and lease-purchase options available.
 Composites One, LLC is a national distributor of fiberglass and advance composite material. The company has constructed a $1.1 million, 20,000 square foot distribution warehouse in the Andrews Business Park South and currently employs three people at this facility.
