Tax Abatements
All qualifying businesses will be considered for property tax abatements. SEED will assist the prospective business in the application process with all taxing entities. Many projects are enjoying an abated tax structure from the various taxing districts now. The range and amount of abatement usually depend on the number of jobs created and the amount of investments.
