The City of North Battleford has a strong history. Over the past several years, King Street Station has helped shape the development of North Battleford as a focal point for both commercial and cultural activity. The City of North Battleford grew from the CNR Railway -- the area in which King Street Station is situated. We have developed a concept plan for the King Street Station area, which, once fully developed, will create a unique environment designed to incorporate the history of our City with historic lighting, trees and decorations. Businesses who choose this site are provided with free parking and park area maintenance. There are locations within the concept plan designated specifically for entertainment, dining and retail services. There will also be a common area for public events such as live entertainment and a farmer's market.
